World doesn't know how to feel about this new romper for men

"A romper for men is just what the world needs," said no one ever.

That didn't stop a team of people from coming up with just that: The RompHim.

This wearable gimmick piece of apparel features front-shirt, zippered-back and deep-front pockets; a zipper fly; and an adjustable waist.

The garment is "your new favorite summer outfit," which "is revolutionizing men's fashion," according to Aced Design, the Chicago-based entity behind the RompHim.

There is even a promotional video:

As of Monday evening, a Kickstarter for the RompHim has raised $23,248 in pledges, more than double its goal of $10,000.

Each person who pledges between $95 and $255 will receive one to three rompers, but the garments won't be delivered until August.

Anyone who donates $1,250 will visit Aced Design to see how the magic happens:

"We'll take you to a fabric shop to pick out your own fabric of choice, stop by our design studio to show you how the pattern was made, and then take you to our production partner to create your one-of-a-kind RompHim. All along the way, we'll be stopping for some of our favorite Chicago-area eats, capped off by a night on the town with the team."

Twitter reactions were mixed but most were on the side of all kinds of nope.

Some Twitter users are ready for the RompHim.
